  • $50 Application Fee, per applicant. Nonrefundable.
  • $150 Administrative Fee, per household, due upon approval. Nonrefundable.
  • $500 Deposit, per household, due upon approval. 
  • $250 pet deposit, per pet, due upon move-in. Nonrefundable.

That’s why we design most of our lease terms to avoid winter move-outs, though we can accommodate other timelines when needed. Prices and special offers valid for new residents only.   • Water/Sewer/Trash: Billed based off # of occupants and usage
  • Electric: Billed based off # of occupants and usage
  • Gas (select units only): Billed through CenterPoint Energy

  • Surface Lot Parking: $50 per month
